Monday's Child is Fair of Face.

Desmond Beaubutt (AKA Dezphlix is Amazing!) is a honckey player, a drag kid, awarded LGBTQ advocate, outspoken gay youth, editorial model, public speaker, founder of his own drag house, fashion designer, muse, and icon. Most importantly, he is an inspiration to many and a
representation of hope for the future to come!
Desmond’s nickname at home is Desi.
Desmond has been the undisputed and most beloved young star of Pointe-Claire Pride since 2015 when he danced his way into everyone’s hearts at the West-Island Pride March in his choice of a rainbow tutu and sparkly gold beret.
Overnight, Desmond’s story was featured on WestIsland Chronicle, The Mayfair Tavern Blog, and Out Magazine.
Desmond is already a notable LGBTQ activist and advocate.  He was motivated by the discrimination, hatred, intrusion, hacking, outrage, and public slander that his family faced, and continues to face, after his story went viral in 2015. He feels greatly affected and saddened when he reads about or sees reports of homophobia, violence, bullying, and rejection against members of the LGBTQ community.

So, why is Desmond AMAZING?

"People should be able to dance, sing, or dress in any way.  You can express yourself however you want. It doesn’t matter if you like jazz or rap, ballet or ballroom, dresses or suits. You can just do you.  I like Diana Ross.  Maybe you do too".

1618 | Lancashire
Lawful Recreation

King James I
Our express pleasure is that the laws of our kingdom and canons of the church be as well observed in Lancashire county as in all places of this our kingdom; and on the other part, that no lawful recreation shall be barred to our good people which shall not tend to the breach of our aforesaid laws and canons of our church.

Our pleasure is that after the end of divine service, our good people be not disturbed, letted, or discouraged from any lawful recreation, such as dancing—either men or women—archery for men, leaping, vaulting, or any other such harmless recreation; nor from having of May games, Whitsun ales, and morris dances; and the setting of maypoles and other sports therewith used, so as the same be had in due and convenient time, without impediment or

neglect of divine service. And that women shall have leave to carry rushes to the church for the decorating of it, according to their old custom. But withal we do here account still as prohibited all unlawful games to be used upon Sundays only, as bear- and bullbaitings, interludes, and at all times in the meaner sort of people, by law prohibited, bowling
